A farmer wakes up and go to farm which is ~2.7 KM from home. He knows Water Tank is empty. He must reach there before 8AM so that sometimes electricity comes just 1 hour and need to fill the tank at that time.

After the Tank filled and electiciry went off, Farmer returns to his house.

Water from tank is being used whole day and at Evening, again Farmer repeat the process to go his farm and fill the tank when electricity comes.

I am using Particle Photon with Water level sensor and EMF detector so that I can make a device that can detect electricity and water level in WaterTank.
